Yes I am annoyed. I heard a female Naturo address a Hikaru, trying to sound 'uber-kawaii' and making me want to summarily smash their face against a wall and shout Proper Japanese at them in a fit of rage.

Girls, no matter what you might think, do NOT sharpen their sylablles. THEY DO NOT. They do NOT always draw out the ending sylablles either. They talk. Not squeal.

In addition, its rather patronizing to hear someone spout KAWAII DESUUUUUU at everything that moves. It insults those who actually learn the language. If you took time, you would notice many other sentences that make a better opinion of things. Let me tell you an example of a sentence.

*ahem*

"Sore wa kawaii desu ne?"

Speak it NORMALLY, not with some whiney high pitched voice which makes peoples ears bleed.

Sorry for the rant. :P

I tottaly agrees it's the same as how people speak out in english cool or in hun cuki. If those can say just kawaii proves them that they're stupid in that language. I learned japan for one halfyear in the uni(forget manyXD) and it hurt me to how fangirls wanted to act like a fanatist... In every language. (Writing from phonenetXD)
